Are your procedures safe?
Absolutely. Our medspa is staffed by licensed and experienced professionals dedicated to ensuring the safety and well-being of our clients. All procedures are performed following stringent safety protocols.
What can I expect during my first visit?
During your initial consultation, our experts will discuss your goals, perform an assessment, and create a personalized treatment plan tailored to your needs. You’ll have the opportunity to ask questions and address any concerns.
Is there any downtime after treatments?
Most of our treatments have minimal downtime. For example, Botox and dermal fillers often allow you to resume daily activities immediately. However, procedures like microneedling or chemical peels may require a few days for redness or peeling to subside.
How soon will I see results?
Results vary by treatment:
- Botox: Visible within 3–5 days, with full effect in 1–2 weeks.
- Dermal Fillers: Immediate results, with some improvement over several days.
- Microneedling: Results develop over a few weeks as collagen production increases.
- CoolSculpting: Results develop within 4–8 weeks.
Do you offer payment plans or financing?
Yes, we offer financing options through trusted partners. During your consultation, we can discuss available payment plans that suit your budget.
Are treatments customizable?
Absolutely! Each treatment plan is tailored to meet your specific goals and needs. Whether you’re looking for subtle enhancements or more dramatic changes, our team will create a personalized plan just for you.
What should I do before and after my treatment?
We will provide you with specific pre- and post-treatment instructions to ensure the best results. For example, you may be advised to avoid alcohol or certain medications before your procedure and to follow a skincare regimen afterward.
Is there a cancellation or no-show policy?
Yes, we require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Cancellations made within 24 hours or missed appointments will incur a fee of 50% of the scheduled service price.
Clients should inform the office no later than twenty-four hours prior to scheduled appointments if they are unable to keep the appointment. If the cancellation of an appointment occurs after the twenty-four hour time period, or if the client “no shows” without warning, the client will be charged a $50 fee according to the length of time allotted for the appointment.
- Facial and Cosmetic Injection procedure deposits of $50.00/ $100.00 may also be forfeited if insufficient notice is given.
The cost of cancellation fees for cosmetic procedures will be based on the particular procedure and the time and resources involved. Extenuating circumstances may be considered.
